AI App Repair & Production Launch takes an existing application — often built with Lovable, Bolt, Cursor, Replit or v0 — and fixes the specific problems blocking release: login and roles, Supabase row-level security, Stripe subscriptions and webhooks, API integrations and deployment. We keep the parts that work, agree acceptance criteria before we start, fix in staging, and finish with a controlled production release, tests for the workflows in scope and a rollback plan.
Sound familiar?
The AI keeps breaking what it fixed:Every new prompt fixes one bug and introduces two more, and you're burning credits going in circles.
Users can see each other's data:Supabase row-level security is off, too broad, or bypassed with the service-role key in the browser.
Payments half work:Stripe checkout succeeds but subscriptions don't update, cancellations aren't handled, or webhooks fire twice.
It works locally but not in production:Environment variables, build errors, CORS, redirects or a missing database migration stop the deployed version from working.
Typical work we fix
Authentication and access:Fix sign-up, login, email verification, password recovery, roles and access checks across the frontend and API.
Supabase and PostgreSQL permissions:Write and test row-level security policies, remove exposed service-role keys and repair tenant isolation in multi-customer apps.
Stripe subscriptions and webhooks:Complete or repair checkout, plan changes, cancellations, failed payments and verified, idempotent webhook handling.
APIs and background jobs:Troubleshoot third-party API connections, failed background jobs, retries, timeouts and duplicate events.
Blocking frontend and backend bugs:Correct the defects that stop your critical workflows — while keeping the parts of the app that already work.
Staging, production and backups:Set up or improve staging and production environments, deployment, error logging and backups so releases stop being risky.
Moving to hosting you control:When the architecture justifies it, move components off the builder's hosting to your own Vercel, AWS, Supabase or VPS accounts.
What you receive
Code changes in your repository:All work lands in your repository, under your ownership, with a clear record of what changed and why.
Tests or documented checks:Automated tests or written checks for each workflow in scope, so you can verify the fixes yourself.
Release notes:Configuration changes, remaining known issues and operational dependencies, written in plain language.
Controlled deployment and rollback plan:An agreed production release with post-release checks and a rollback approach — with any database rollback limits stated up front.
Stacks we repair
AI app builders: Lovable, Bolt.new, Replit Agent, v0, Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code
Review the affected areas: We look at the code behind your launch blockers and agree written acceptance criteria. If you haven't had one, this usually starts with an AI App Technical Audit.
Milestone plan and quote: The work is divided into milestones with a price and schedule based on the actual code and dependencies — not a guess.
Fix in a non-production environment: We implement each milestone in a staging or development environment and demonstrate it to you for review.
Production release: After your acceptance and authorization, we perform the agreed release and run the defined post-release checks.
Defect-correction window: A post-release window for correcting defects in the delivered work, with its boundaries agreed in writing. Ongoing care can continue under SaaS Monthly Maintenance.
What is quoted separately
New features, redesigns, app-store submissions, provider approvals and infrastructure fees are separate unless the agreement explicitly includes them. Third-party platform availability and certification can't be guaranteed. Want to know what's wrong before committing to fixes? Start with an AI App Technical Audit.

Frequently asked questions
Can you fix an app built with Lovable, Bolt, Replit or Cursor?
Yes. These apps are usually standard React or Next.js frontends with a Supabase, Firebase or Node backend, so an experienced engineer can work on them like any other codebase. We fix the agreed launch blockers — typically authentication, Supabase permissions, Stripe subscriptions, API integrations and deployment — and keep the parts that already work rather than rewriting from scratch.
Why does my AI-built app break every time I ask the AI to fix something?
AI coding tools work prompt by prompt without a full picture of the codebase, so fixes often duplicate logic, override earlier decisions or break code elsewhere. Past a certain size, the app needs someone who reads the whole flow — data model, permissions, API and frontend — and fixes the root cause. That's what a repair engagement does, with tests so the same bug doesn't come back.
Do you rebuild the app from scratch?
Not by default. We assess the relevant code first and retain functioning components wherever appropriate. A rebuild is only recommended for a specific part of the app when repairing it would cost more or leave unacceptable risk, and we explain why before any such decision.
How much does it cost to fix and launch an AI-built app?
Price and schedule follow a review of the code and its dependencies, because the same symptom can have very different causes. We divide the work into milestones with acceptance criteria and quote it before starting. If you haven't had one, an AI App Technical Audit is the fastest way to get an accurate repair estimate.
Can you fix Stripe subscriptions and webhooks?
Yes. We complete or repair Stripe Checkout, plan upgrades and downgrades, cancellations, failed-payment handling and webhooks — including signature verification and idempotency so a webhook received twice doesn't create duplicate records or charges. Testing depends on access to your Stripe test mode and the relevant accounts.
Can you move my app off Lovable or Replit hosting to my own accounts?
Yes, when the architecture justifies it and you agree. We can move the frontend, database and functions to accounts you control — such as Vercel, Netlify, Supabase, AWS or a VPS — set up staging and production environments, and document the deployment so you're not locked in.
What happens after launch?
Each engagement includes a post-release defect-correction window for the delivered work, with boundaries agreed in writing. For ongoing monitoring, updates and fixes after that, many clients continue under a SaaS Monthly Maintenance plan.
