Quick answerUnlockLive IT builds AI automations that take repetitive work off your team — lead follow-up, invoice processing, support triage, reports and document handling. We build on self-hosted n8n so your data stays on your own server and you pay no per-task fees, connect it to the CRM, accounting and helpdesk tools you already use, and send alerts and approvals to Telegram, WhatsApp or Slack. Unlike quick freelancer flows, every automation we ship is monitored, logged and documented, with a person approving anything the AI is not sure about.
Our automation technology stack
What can AI workflow automation do for a small or mid-size business?
It takes repetitive, rules-plus-judgement work off your team: following up new leads, reading invoices into your accounting system, sorting support tickets and shared inboxes, sending daily reports, and moving data from documents into your systems. The AI handles reading, sorting and drafting; people approve anything that matters.
Why do you build on self-hosted n8n?
Self-hosted n8n runs on your own cloud account or server, so your data does not pass through another company's automation platform and you do not pay per task or operation. It also lets us add custom code where a visual workflow is not enough. For very simple flows, Zapier or Make can be the better and cheaper choice, and we will say so.
Can the automation send alerts and approvals to Telegram, WhatsApp or Slack?
Yes. Most of our automations notify a person in Telegram, Slack or Microsoft Teams and wait for an approve or reject before anything important happens. Customer-facing WhatsApp messaging follows the WhatsApp Business Platform rules, including opt-in and approved templates for outbound messages.
What happens when the AI gets something wrong?
Every AI step has a confidence check and anything uncertain goes to a person instead of being acted on. Workflows log every run, retry failed steps and alert your team when something breaks, so problems are caught before customers notice.
How long does a first automation take?
A first workflow typically takes one to three weeks from mapping to go-live, depending on how many systems it touches and how clean their APIs are. We start with one high-value workflow, measure the time it saves, then add the next.
